  • 1 Watermelon
  • 2 Tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves


  1. Cut your Watermelon into pie shaped slices.

  2. Sprinkle the front and back of all watermelon slices with sea salt before grilling.

  3. Grill your watermelon slices for 2-3 minutes each side.

  4. Garnish your slices with fresh mint leaves.
